1. Applicants must be citizens of Nigeria.
2. They must not have any past criminal records.

5. Those applying for the recruitment must have their SSCE, ND or NCE certificate and must have credit in English Language and Mathematics.
6. They must be between the ages of 18 to 22 years for SSCE certificate holders, while higher qualifications like NCE or OND are to be between the ages of 18 to 26 years. Examples include nurses and drivers, etc.
7. Must be psychologically, physically and medically fit.
8. Applicants must not be less than 1.69 meters for male candidates and 1.65 meters for female candidates respectively.
