- Applicants must be citizens of Nigeria or Nigerian permanent residents.
- Candidates must have any of the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in the First Class/Second Class Upper Division,
- HND (Distinction),
- Bachelor’s Degree in the Second Class Lower Division with a completed Master’s Degree, or
- HND Upper Credit with a completed Master’s Degree.
- Applicants must have graduated from any accredited university/polytechnic in Nigeria.
- Interested candidates must present their NYSC discharge certificate or letter of exemption.
- Applicants must not be more than 28 years of age at the time of application.
