NNPC Graduate Trainee Salary 2025
- All departments at entry level receive ₦180,000 – ₦250,000 as monthly salary.
- Assistant Officer / Officer I (Those in Finance, Engineering, and Geosciences, etc.) are paid between ₦250,000 – ₦350,000 as monthly salary.
- Officer II / Senior Officer (Technical & Administrative) collect between ₦350,000 – ₦500,000.
- Principal Officer (Engineering, Legal, Operations, etc.) are being paid between ₦500,000 – ₦800,000 monthly.
- Assistant Manager (Those that are in specialized fields) collect between ₦800,000 – ₦1,100,000 as monthly payment.
- Deputy Manager / Manager (Department Heads, Technical Leads) are being paid between ₦1,200,000 – ₦1,500,000 each month.
Fresh Graduate Salary in NNPC
From the list we made above, a fresh graduate in NNPC is paid between ₦180,000 – ₦250,000 as a monthly salary. This amount will be increased after serving for the number of years required.
